Zomato — rider was rude and after waiting for 2 hours food not delivered | |||
My name is neelesh, I ordered a food from zomato and my order number was [protected], after paying a amount to restaurant by net banking when I contact to share rider details with me to guide a rider about my location, I called zomato rider Mr Vishnu meena and his first response was I am not understanding your location you can cancel your order. I was shocked to listen such a rude and unprofessional response but I still request him to provide his WhatsApp number to send him my home location. And after my several calls and chat with customer care executive for more then 2 hours, result was food didn't got delivered and I have to sleep hungry last night. My money is still not refunded it's more then 24 hours now. Worst services...Whole zomato team is bad I must say. Pls don't order anything from this service provider Was this information helpful? | |||
