[Resolved] Zomato — rotten food delivery | |
I ordered chicken biryani from restaurant captain cook, bhandup west mumbai through zomato online. The food delivered was smelling like dead rat. The chicken had a foul smell and was rotten. I requested zomato to take back the order and refund my money back but zomato denied my request and advised me to adjust with the food this time... I am surprised how can one suggest someone to consume rotten food. Was this information helpful? | |

I have ordered 5 paneer rolls on Zomato and all are rotten and smelling foul...and Zomato is not refunding my money...
