Zomato — rotten food is delivered and reckless attitude from service provider | |||
Hi, I have ordered fish biryani through zomato from a restaurant (FISH CHAIN) Bangalore. They delivered me a rotten food. I asked them to take the food back as soon as I opened it. They intentionally delivered the rotten food, because there food smelled so bad that while packing they know it is not edible. Zomato customer service said they cannot take the food back and they did not respond for my complaint yet! Have the complete chat history for reference if needed.
