Zomato — rotten food received | |
Hello there I have ordered four rabdis from zomato, harilal restaurant patna, on 19th august. And when we have tasted it was sour in taste like lemon and stinks like rotten eggs. I have mailed zomato to take serious action against the restaurant and to refund my money as soon as possible. Other than that i have also told the customer executive and even mentioned in my mail that if you want you can send anybody from your side or restaurant's side to confirm about the rotten rabdis. But zomato didn't take any serious action and credited only rs28 in my zomato wallet. I have paid rs112 and have also used the promo code first50 but unfortunately i didn't get the fresh food. It's been more ten days since I have placed the order but still zomato has not solved my problem and didn't even refund my ₹112. This is very very ridiculous and unprofessional behaviour by zomato and their so called restaurants.
