Zomato — rs 185 deducted from my account but order is not placed

I have placed an order with gherlin cafe and patiisser, amount is deducted from my account and the order is not placed. When tries to communicate zomoto executive through chat,, there is no facility to communicate with you.. And u simply eating my amount unethically, it happened with previous order also, i placed an order with subbaiahhotel, they sent me wrong item, but guyz damn unbother to care about this issue no one will be right away to look inyo this issue and will take 24 to 48 hours..
