Zomato — Rude behaviour by valet

Extremely rude behaviour by zomato valet. I had ordered food on 25th september 2019. The order was running late. The valet was assigned at 12:10pm. I checked the app and the valet was still at the same place at 12:29pm. And the location was far away from the restaurant. I called the valet and asked him what is the issue. From the very beginning he started saying things like "what is the problem if he is stuck at the same place from the time he is assigned? Then he said that the order was assigned to him just 5 minutes ago and he is on the way to the restaurant. Then he said that he is stuck in traffic but there was absolutely 0 background noise." then i initiated a chat with zomato customer care and they changed the valet and assigned a different valet. The new valet delivered the food within 10 minutes of getting assigned. After 5 minutes, the previous zomato valet called me and asked if i cancelled the order or not. I told him i did not cancel the order and also told that because of his behaviour, zomato assigned a new valet. Then he started saying "we are the ones who work and you are just sitting at home". So i told him not to disturb me by calling him as he is not supposed to call me like that. And i also complained to zomato customer care about the valet calling me and speaking all this. They said that they will take strict action against the valet. After that the valet called me from a different number because i had blocked his first number and he kept using abusive words which includes parents and family members. I cut the call and blocked the 2nd number. I initiated another chat with zomato customer care and while i was speaking to them the same valet called me from a 3rd phone number and i did not pick the phone and just blocked it. Zomato assured me that they will take strict action and also told me i can take legal action if i want. I never expected this kind of behaviour from the valet. I want strict action against the valet because this is not how one should behave with customers. Also when he was using those abusive words, he was sounding extremely aggressive which shocked and scared me.
