[Resolved] Zomato — rude behaviour by zomato customer care executive | |||||
I received incomplete order. I mentioned this to zomato customer care executive through the app. The executive's name is Sandeep. His behaviour towards me was very rude. He didnt have the basic etiquette to talk to customer. There should some strict action taken against him. He kept showing arrogance which is quite in the screenshot of the chat which i have attached herewith. Plz take some strict action against him. Was this information helpful? | |||||
