Hi Zomato,
I ordered food today through zomato and rider was very rude today. His name was Moshin M.
He could not come to our doorstep and asked us to come downstairs to collect the order.
The only reason of his rudeness was that the order was prepaid and he was interested in providing a good service to zomato customers.
The langauge used and the behaviour shown only depicts what value is being promoted at zomato.
Desirable solution: Ask Moshin to come and meet me personaly and apologise for his behaviour.
