Zomato — rude behaviour of zomato valet | |||
I had ordered a Pizza from Pizza Square late at night on 02/02/2020 around 1:30 am. The food was amazing as expected since I order from Pizza Square regularly. But the Zomato valet assigned to deliver my order was extremely rude. He had no sense of direction and wasn't willing to follow the gps path even though he was far away. He argued with me after he reached the location and was talking in a very disgusting tone. His name is Neeraj and I don't know how this hothead has 600+ 5 star deliveries. I didn't recieve my order by zomato valet but zomato valet boy closed as delivered his order. Even iam unable to contact this Zomato valet boy.
please take serious action against delivery guy and refund the money to same account and call to my mobile number [protected] for further details.
