[Resolved] Zomato — save yourself from the worst service ever. | |||
*payment accepted by merchant and ordered confirmed but the merchant has no clue of the order. *zomato valet unable to pickup the order from merchant because they were not informed by zomato *chat support claims that the issue is from the customer’s end. *zomato promises to deliver the order in another 15 mins after an initial wait of an hour. *the food never reached the customer, who was sick and needed the food. *no relief from chat support, although they agreed the issue was from their side. *utter disregard of time, humiliation and embarrassment is all you get from zomato. P. S i have made several orders at zomato this was not my first. And such issues have happened more than 3 times. I’m raising an issue now because of the discomfort caused to my sick father.
