[Resolved] Zomato — selling old and rotten food items... | |||||
Yesterday i ordered a chicken biriyani from zomato and while i was about to eat i found that it was a rotten meat and moreover it seems like a dog meat. Really scared on it. What if my son would ate?? I can't even able to call the zomato and complain about it. They don't have even a proper contact number. So i chatted with zomato and they are very careless and they didn't bother about it at all. They said i'll get a email regarding escalation team but i didn't get any mail like that and they didn't even refund my money... Becareful and never order in zomato...
