Zomato — service of yumyum dilli , ghazipur | |||
I had ordered the food from YumYum Dilli restaurant located in Ghazipur via Zomato. As Zomato service is within 30-40 mins but that order made me suffer till 1 hour & 30 mins till I approached to the restaurant. There was no information regarding live tracking. They didn't provided me delivery boy name & no. When I called them they gave me Raju no. He didn't picked my call . Again I called they gave me another no. of Rohit . I called him 10 mins but he didn't picked the call . Then I reached to Zomato customer care but they were also helpless as restaurant was not picking their call. After several argumentation they provided my food, which I didn't eat then as I managed to eat something else as it took so much time. The food was cold. Jeera rice was having so much jeera in it that I was unable to taste the original taste of rice . The patisa which they gave in dessert was stale. I didn't liked their food . In future I will never ever order from here Was this information helpful? | |||
