Zomato — Spoilt food and not giving refund.

I've received spoilt expired old stock food from the restaurant. The food was completely spoilt and had been given to us so that the restaurant can make a profit and not waste the expired food. Me and my parents were severely sick because of food poisoning .I want refund for this order as it was totally spoilt and made me sick.

When I contacted Zomato they only apologised to me .I don't want any apology I want my money back as it's your mistake.
