Zomato — spoilt order

We have ordered pizza through cheesiano pizza, the order was delivered in a pathetic condition, zomato denied further service. Pathetic customer experience.

Nobody allowed to escalate the case, asked for manager level agents denied,
Pathetic customer service and expirience, zomato agent was very very rude while talking on phone.

Chat person was also very rude and replied very rudely and not on time. No body further escalated the case.

Every person was unhelpful.
