My first order and the experience with the zomato is so bad as the item which I have ordered is stale, as its was cooked in Night and delivered to me in early morning 4 A.M. I have asked the customer support team to pick the item and replace the same item but the support team denied it and started testing my patience in early morning with the copy paste sentences which make me so irritate and frustrate at that time and then I have sent an email to the support team and you people will not below that I got the response after 3 days which is very pathetic.
According to me people should not order any item from the zomota, instead we can order it in Swiggy.
People who ever see my complaint in the forum, please look at the customer service of the Zomato and also stop buying the food form the Zomato. Was this information helpful? |
