Zomato — stole money and didn't deliver order | |
I placed an order via zomato on the 23rd of july and paid via card (Order number [protected]). After a while, the app showed that my order has been delivered, while in reality i hadn't received any order. I immediately called the restaurant and they said that the food had been picked up by the delivery valet. On contacting zomato support via chat, they informed me that it would take 24-48 hours for their team to get back to me. However, it's been more than three days and they still haven't contacted me. I keep asking zomato on chat to refund my order and they keep delaying by saying the team will take a couple of hours to solve the problem. It's pretty much a scam at this point. Their delivery valets can just say that they have delivered the order and zomato doesn't verify whether it's true or not. All they do is steal hard earned money from customers. All i want is for them to refund my money but they refuse to even respond. Absolutely despicable company with shady business practices. Was this information helpful? | |
