Zomato — support team misleading the customer | |||
I cancelled the order after confirming from zomato's support team regarding order id [protected] on sunday, 25 November 2018 .They told me to cancel the order from the restaurant and i will get the refund.I have already confirmed this from their support team.They also commit that they have done the mistake by telling me to cancel it directly from the restaurant and misguiding me.This is their mistake since the employees doesn't know their own policy, they shouldn't have told me that I can cancel the order so I wouldn't have done the same. This fault is from their side and they should refund my amount. The support team has also accepted their mistake and told me to write an email to higher authority but they are supporting or taking the issue seriously.I have already sent u the screenshot from the support team chat .In it they are telling me to cancel the order and inform them.In another screenshot they are accepting their mistake and apologized.
