Zomato — Sweets packet delivery

Address:408 Unicon white leaf Apts3rd Main Suncity layout, J P Nagar 7 th Phase Bengaluru

I have booked Zomato delivery to send sweets packet to Malleshwaram address from Basavanagudi Sri Krishna sweets today morning around 10.30am. Till the evening it will not received by the addressee...what happened to my parcel.I already paid amount 708Rs.No one responded from Zomato delivery...I want justice.
