Zomato / Tapzo — Issue with refund | |||||
I have placed an order with zomato using tapzo on 21st of march. And they missed few items to which i have called them. and they said i have to create one account with zomato and they will refund the money then and there. But today i have called them they first said who told me to create an account because already do have one. But Now i have to send one email to zomato regarding that. i said why i have to earlier one one of your agent said zomato will credit that refund then and there. Now you are saying i have to send mail. After few argue He said well as he can see i need to create one account first. then only he can help. And in the mean while line got disconnected.
