Zomato — The delivery agent did not turn up at restaurant to collect the order

I had ordered food from Chowman in Russel Street Kolkota on 21/11/25 Order no ( [protected]). when the food did not arrive even after one hour I phoned the restaurant and they said the delivery person from Zomato had not turned up . finally the food was delivered by the delivery person from the restaurant after one and a half hours of placing the order with Zomato.

Very irresponsible of zomato. no one had even bothered to contact me from the company
