Zomato — the food I got was damaged and stale but no resolution by zomato | |||
Date 05 july, 2019 order no: [protected] email:[protected]@gmail.com i ordered chicken dum biryani from zeeshan restaurent and they gave me a damaged order which the red oil is spilled all over the food and the smell of the food was very st'inking and stale and when i asked zomato chat support they delayed my problem and maid me wait for a long time and told to mail but when i mailed there's no resolution and they're sitmply asking excuses and asking to give another time chance but im really hurt because of this food . i want my money which i wasted on this damaged order as a refund.
