Zomato — the order being cancelled after payment
I placed an order on zomato at 12:12 aml at burger singh. There was no contact from any executive for 40 mins. I called the restaurant they said the order is being displayed as cancelled. I tried to reach zomato customer care via the only option they give us, chat, they showd a wait time of 9 min, i waited. Its 1:06 now and now response has been given. I have my money gone and no food delivered, still hungry.
