Zomato — there is no packing slip, tapes on the order

I ordered butter chicken and 2 roti from zomato rest chawla express mukherjee nagar delhi today, in this coronavirus scenario there is no packing tapes on the box. Box is already open and zomato is not refunding my payement. Restaurant owner is saying that you can file compain we cann't do anything in this because of zomato.
