Zomato — they are not refunding my money | |||
I’ve order from zomato on 21 nov 2019 and one and they deducted amount around rs. 200 and something but the restaurant canceled my order. I’ve been asking my refund since last 14 days and they just kept me saying there is a technical issue and your amount will be refunded within 4-5 working days but its more than 14 days and till now they just kept me waiting without returning my money. Sir/madam i would like to ask the government to take action against this fraud Zomato so that no more normal person could face the same issue. Please modi ji please sir take some action against it. I have ordered they have used my location for deliveringing the food not the address which I have given..if company cancelled then company should provide refund
