Zomato — they cancelled my order before i could take the delivery and levied a cancellation fee on me

My order got cancelled and the support says i rejected it
Why would i reject an order. I already paid for it
I answered the call told delivery guy the address again and he called me back saying it was cancelled he was already in my appartment when this happened if i wanted the reject the order i wouldn't have paid for it first
And my address was very clear
And this is not first time how i'm stuck up on explaining support how it is not my fault when they mess up the orders bringing a different item something that i didn't order and many times not even deliver the whole order i was talking to them again they say it's my fault the order got cancelled
