[Resolved]  Zomato — transaction done but order not placed.

I tried placing an order today in the morning & paid rs 103.62 from sbi netbanking i. E. On 12th jan at 10:05 am (Ist). Reference no. For transaction is "igafeazbc1". The amount got deducted from my account but the order placement didn't progress further. I waited for sometime thinking that zomato will intimate me that payment will be reversed but nothing of that sort happened. Your "support" on the app is not even working. I have sent a feedback also mentioning the same issue but no action has been taken.

I contacted the Bank & they resolved my query. Zomato has the WORST customer support. They neither attend any call nor any message on their App. All thanks to SBI customer care service.
Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
