Order ID - [protected]. Payment could not be processed is the failure message i have received from the zomato app. But the amount was deducted from my account. Please do check and revert the amount for the failed transaction. Amount of Rs.245 was deducted from the account.

Money is deducted but still payment is incomplete. my money got deducted from account I have got message of money deductions but in the app it show payment incomplete. I have done payment through zomato app.

At 24.09 at 08.43 PM ordered few items through Zomato. A/c got debited through UPI, though order status showing as 'Payment couldn't be processed'

We had ordered chap from punjabi rasoi.
After some time, it was showing order has been delivered, whereas we hadn't received any order.
The name of delivery boy was nasir Khan.we had opted for.cash on delivery..on calling him, he said that he had given our order to someone else and would give us after sometime.
