Zomato — transaction incomplete but payment done | |||
I had ordered dinner on at zomata 24.09.2019 for rs.108/- order id - [protected] and done upi payment. As no cod available. The amount was deducted from phonepe but on zomato it showed transaction incomplete. Transaction details given below:- Sbi bank: p1909242134251763038855phonepay 117.00 I had enclosed the screenshot of failed transaction. As frist time it as been failed i had done again. Details given below:- Ebank:[protected]/razorpay/razorpay pay So twice they had deducted the amount. Kindly take necessary action and refund my amount. Was this information helpful? | |||

Order ID - [protected]. Payment could not be processed is the failure message i have received from the zomato app. But the amount was deducted from my account. Please do check and revert the amount for the failed transaction. Amount of Rs.245 was deducted from the account.

I had ordered from zomato and did online payment through google pay. the amount was paid and deducted from my account. zomato notified me saying the payment failed and order was not placed. how is that possible?

We had ordered chap from punjabi rasoi.
After some time, it was showing order has been delivered, whereas we hadn't received any order.
The name of delivery boy was nasir Khan.we had opted for.cash on delivery..on calling him, he said that he had given our order to someone else and would give us after sometime.
How can this be possible ?
