It is showing like promo codes are not applicable on this order.please resolve it as soon as possible

I am not able to use Zomato. At every restaurent it shows that "you cannot use coupons on this order", "coupon codes are not applicable on this order". I informed the same to zomato but they are not taking any actions. On twitter they've asked my mobile numbet to resolve this issue but now they are not even cooperationg. No updates and support from Zomato customer care
