Zomato — unauthorized deduction from my bank account

On 25th nov'18, an amount of rs. 679 was automatically deducted by zomato, even though i had not placed any order or authorized any transaction in any way whatsoever. The amount was directly deducted from my bank account, whose debit card is linked with zomato.

On the same day, i registered my complaint through zomato chat support and sent all available documents via mail, but the only response i received from them was the confirmation that there is no order placed on that day.

I have informed the same to my bank providers, and now i am forced to hassle with them to return my money, but to no avail.

What i am not understanding is that if zomato can confirm that there was no order placed, then why would they deduct the amount?

Please help me refund my money.
