Zomato — unauthorized transaction

Dear zomato you have done unauthorised transaction without my permission from my paytm wallet.

And they are not replying my mail from 24-48 hours.
They only told we will shortly contact you.
I have also talked to the paytm they told they need a confirmation from zomato that the transaction was wrong to refund the money.

I didn't get any message or call from zomato team. I don't know how they mentioned as it's closed.

I hav ordered food from hari sandwich today 9-3-2020 around 8.40 but one of d item is not delivered but already i have paid the bill. I couldn't contact customer care about this.
