I placed an order at about 1:30am and my order was supposed to reach me by 2:15am. The delivery executive called me and asked for the address but then he never called back.. My phone had full range network and I didnt receive any call from the restaurant or Zomato whether my order is cancelled or not. I paid online.

My id was terminated without reason .. It rainyseason .. The zomato app was hang . BEcoz of network .. I never reject my order .. I worked with zomato for 4yrs .. Please open my i id which is been terminated
Same here, once complained for rotten food, even attached the images. Got blocked for life. I even use to ask the valet for a glass of water in summers. They don't even give a reason for account termination. Are we supposed to eat bad food and not even allowed to complain?
