Zomato — unblock my zomato account | |||
This is my email ([protected]@gmail.com) Sir why my account is blocked. I have also 247rs in my zomato wallet. I don't know what's my mistake or it's your mistake. I placed total 4 order. Please do something and trust me sir only complaint for bad quality of food. This not my intention to refunding the amount. Next time i will not complaint in anyway that if my food is rotten.so now please sir unblock me. Was this information helpful? | |||

I placed an order at about 1:30am and my order was supposed to reach me by 2:15am. The delivery executive called me and asked for the address but then he never called back.. My phone had full range network and I didnt receive any call from the restaurant or Zomato whether my order is cancelled or not. I paid online.

Same here, once complained for rotten food, even attached the images. Got blocked for life. I even use to ask the valet for a glass of water in summers. They don't even give a reason for account termination. Are we supposed to eat bad food and not even allowed to complain?
Sir, my id is blocked . It's showing an notification ' due to identity fraud.' I really want to recover my id.
