I would like to bring to your notice that my order #[protected] - order placed with sweet truth through zomato on 2nd june was not delivered.
1. The delivery representative had called and said that the order cannot be delivered due to heavy rain.
2.. The restaurant has also agreed that the food was returned and they had initiated the refund. (Refer trail mail)
3. But status with zomato shows as delivered, hence my refund is on hold.
I paid rs597 through my card.
4. I tried to contact zomato support through but did not receive a proper response and i was told they cannot process the refund as they are unable to reach the restaurant.
5. It is very clear that the whole mistake is on your part:
Lie #1; u told me it cannot be delivered due to rain and to the vendor that i had canceled as it is bad.
Lie#2; the order is not at al delivered but show it as delivered
Lie#3: u said you are unable to reach the vendor and very much they are.
Better stop all your lies, stop eating my hard-earned money, and refund. At the earliest.
