Zomato — Unethical delivery practice

Yesterday(02sep23 ) I have placed an order of amount 2137 (1xLotus Biscoff Baked Cheesecake ) and put the right address (#36, 1st floor, A Block, 11th Cross Road, AECS Layout - A Block, AECS Layout, , Bengaluru, Karnataka, India 560037, ) which is correct and unfortunately from google location it has took the wrong address but the address which i have inserted is totally correct with all the pin code proof is attached for your reference .

When I spoke to delivery partner than I came to know that there is some mistake from Zomato team because by default it took the location as well and that delivery boy is ready to give the parcel back to restaurant but as per customer care they refuse and I think they told to delivery boy also not to return back parcel to restaurant and after few calls delivery boy refuse to give it back even same for restaurant also they are agree to give parcel if i will go and pickup the parcel from there restaurant once zomato will return it back

So my point is
1.When I have paid for the food, where is my food?If your boy fails to deliver, will you throw that food out or return to the restaurant .
2.There work is only to deliver if the mistake is done from there end they have to apologise for that, and that parcel has to be given back to the restaurant.
3.When i request that i will go and take my parcel as this is a special day for someone they close the chat that this comes under the food wastage act something .

Now I want to understand when I am ready to take my parcel from a restaurant rather than wasting the food and I think for zomato they have to be penalised for this type of activity where they waste the food .

Now this complaint is to return my full amount along with a penalty .
I don't want to be a zomato gold partner. I need my money back for such a great gold member where they don't even care how important someone has a day .
