Zomato — unfair charges being charged | |||
I was trying to place an order through zomato and it wasn't accepting it and due to glitch it accepted the order and then i had to cancel the order because i was placing a different order which i did from a different phone which later on got cancelled because of some fault committed by them. And now they are charging me a amount which is equal to the order amount stating that it was prepared which wasn't prepared as per the delivery boy and since you cancelled you will have to pay the amount and i wasn't even informed of any such event Was this information helpful? | |||
