Zomato — Unilateral order cancelation and over pricing.

Dear sir,
yesternight ( 12th June 2022) i was having a small party in my house so i ordered KFC on ZOMATO at 9.15 pm and got a confirmation that ORDER HAS BEEN ACCEPTED BY KFC and that the order will be delevered within 51min. But to my surprise i got a call from Zomato at 9.39 pm that my order could not be processed as order could not reach KFC. What the hell was that!! I was having guests in my home and zomato had no responsibility towards fulfilling the order they had taken. Disappointed and i immediately rushed to the KFC restaurant to get a new order made to my surprise i was shocked to find that for the same items i order on Zomato and paid Rs 3020.98 KFC Restirant was charging just Rs 2457 ie., Zomato was overcharging by Rs 564. This is blatant theft by Zomato. For sure would never ever order on Zomato again.
