Yesterday i placed a order from zomato and received a wrong order. So i contacted zomato customer care for support. I have the customer care executive all the necessary proofs and he refunded my order value as zomato credits. The very next day when i opened the app, it says something went wrong. They probably blocked my account as i went through other complaints mentioning same issue. Please reactivate it as i have my money stuck into it. And atleast inform the customer before doing such activities with their accounts.
