Zomato — unprofessional behavior by the team

I ordered a cake on july 12th for navi mumbai location selecting a cake shop from the same locality, due to some glitch in their system the order was routed to a different shop who said that they can't deliver it to the said address. How am i responsible for this, its their mistake. I simply want zomato to refund the amount that i paid through card asap.
