Couple of times zomato had to cancel my order due to restaurant unavailable and other technical issues. I've never got a refund yet. I don't know whom to talk to as the customer care support is very poor.
I have ordered food though zomato app but it is not delivered even after 1 hour. Not able to contact restaurant or zomato agent contact.

Today, First Time i have ordered to Subway order [protected]. wrongly item delivered, than again i have ordered to subway order No.[protected]. again wrong item delivered and No Zomato Responding on chat morethan 30min.
