Money deducted from my paytm wallet for 3 orders...but i didnt place it...neither my zomato account shows any order placed..plzz resolve as i want my money back as soon as possible...
Couple of times zomato had to cancel my order due to restaurant unavailable and other technical issues. I've never got a refund yet. I don't know whom to talk to as the customer care support is very poor.
I have ordered food though zomato app but it is not delivered even after 1 hour. Not able to contact restaurant or zomato agent contact.
