I tried making an order on the zomato app and due to some technical issue with their app the order did not go through but they still charged me for the order. When i contacted the customer support team about this, they told me i will have to wait 48 hours to get my money back even though it was not due to a fault of my own.. This was 3 days back, and i still haven't got my money back and for no reason they suspended my account and are not responding to my emails.
