Zomato — Upi transaction successful, payment failed at zomato end

I have paid 147 rs for my order on 9th feb Upi transaction done via paytm. Paytm shows upi transaction successful. Zomato saying money not received. Complaint multiple times to Zomato. No refund still. Also checked with my bank(hdfc) and they also says upi transaction was successful by looking at the UPI reference number
