Dear Zomato Support Team,
I am writing to raise a serious and high-priority complaint regarding my experience with two consecutive orders placed on Zomato last night.
On [insert date], I placed an order at 8:32 PM from Hotel Chul Mutton for Chicken Biryani. Despite waiting for over an hour, the order was not delivered. I contacted the delivery partner, who was unaware of the order status and unable to assist. The restaurant staff also failed to dispatch the food on time. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue via Zomato chat support, I had no choice but to cancel the order.
Subsequently, I placed a second order at 9:45 PM from Domino's Pizza through Zomato. Again, I waited for more than an hour without receiving the food. Despite all efforts to connect via call and chat, I received no resolution. Ultimately, both I and my friend had to sleep hungry and frustrated.
To make matters worse, Domino's deducted the payment for the undelivered order, and I have yet to receive a refund.
This experience has caused significant inconvenience and disappointment. I expect Zomato to take immediate action and offer a substantial concession for the distress caused. If not addressed promptly, I will be compelled to escalate this issue through formal legal channels against both Zomato and Domino's.
