I have been ordering from the same restraurant for a while but on 7th I saw on map the valet was driving near my house.I tried calling him but his number wasn't reachable so I started chatting with zomato, they said his number isn't reachable and moments later they said that my order was rejected because I wasn't available and rejected it.Why would I cancel the order which I paid for??I was still on conversation with these people and they asked me to write an email to tuem, it's been a week I haven't heard from them and the chat team keeps talking like robots, the money is gone apart from me spending an evening in hunger..pathetic!!
