Zomato — very rude and unethical response from valet and customer representative | |||
I order a meal today (Order id - [protected]), zomato valet called me for address i guided him. Again he called me to come down a 3rd floor as he was feared of dogs. I went there he wasn't there. I came down all the way he wasn't there. I came back home and he called that he was somewhere else. And asked me to come down again i said there are no dogs in stairs come and deliver at home. He said very rudely i will not come if you want you can come and collect. I said then i am not interested to talk and i chat with your customer relationship person. And he wasn't even understand the problem. And he constantly telling me to go down and collect. What is this? Is this the way to provide service to a customer. I am very disappointed with this.
