Zomato — who charges a penalty of rs. 560 for food. is that how you make money? | |||
Really never expected this from zomato who i have ordered and reviewed good everytime with my purchase. Even sometimes the parcel is not properly packed, but still i haven't returned it. But this was heights! As i was not able to reach you by call and wanted to add some more stuff to the order i just cancelled it to re-order again with some more addition and coupon code if applicable. My kids were starving and you just deducted all 560 rupees as penalty. Is this how you treat your customers? On requesting chat support to return the amount they asked to send mail to your mail id, where i haven't got any response since last week for my mail. I had even tipped your delivery agents earlier if you could check my history. Is this how you want to loose your customers??? Horrible step zomato!! I am not going to opt for it again. Congrats!
