Zomato — Worst customer support and only looting the customers even though they hold pro plus membership

I have recently bought the pro plus membership from Zomato. Since then minimum benefits they give have been decreasing. For example, Delivery on time or delivery free option has been disabled for me. When asked to the customer support they said they cannot make any changes to it. They do not deliver on time and now this option has been removed which is really frustrating for me. On multiple occasions when I had issues with the deliveries that were sent but the support has never responded with a proper resolution.
