I ordered pizza from dominos today 11aug. On zomato app.
Payment was done by me in advance.
Pizza order was supposed to reach me within 30mins.
But it didn't and there was no update from zomato. The app asked me to call dominos which again went to dominos cc.
From there also i got no update.
Again, i approached zomato customer care, where after chatting with them i asked them to lodge a complain but the person on the other side told me, oh as if you are valuable, do whatever you want to do.
So after constantly calling dominos and chatting with zomato cc, i got order 1.15hrs later.
Why must customer go through this mental torture. And why are not valuable to a company like, zomato whose business mostly rely on direct people interaction??
