My order num is [protected]. I never got any call from any executive and my order was cancelled saying i was unresponsive. This is a prepaid order. Was chatting with 3 of out executive who were not of any help. Why the hell shud a cust be penalized when it's not his/ her fault. I have proof that i didn't not receive any calls. U guys can't refund r reorder. N u shud run a food delivery business keeping their customers hungry. Wt crap. Anyways this is the last time me r my frnds n family will be using zomato again.. Am goin to post this on social media as well.
