Zomato — worst service ,worst customer service.

I had placed many orders out of which 3 orders were worst. They have taken the money and have sent spoiled, dirty food also the quantity seems that they have removed some quantity and then they have sent it. When you try contacting them they just have a chat option where you have to wait for ages still they do not reply ... No other source of communication... Pathetic service !!! Pathetic people... !!! They all are fraud sitting to loot people.

I want the refund for both the order numbers where they have sent food which is defective and already eaten by someone... I want my money back ASAP.
