Zomato — Wrong bad smelled product received

We had ordered a b'day cake from your app shop named the signature inn ...the cake we choose wasn't the same cake we received...even quality was very poor and the size was not very small compare to the expected oreded cake ...we even call the shop for verification but they don't co-operate with us and misbhaved with us ...we had complained on your app too but don't get any refund...we claim to get full refund as it was wrong product and the food was smells bad too ...and the shop name was also different on the packet we ordered from ' The signature inn' and packed was from ' dreamland'Order no was - #[protected] .If you kindly look after this issue and take proper initiative we will be highly grateful to u
