[Resolved] Zomato — wrong delivery, got cheated by zomato | |||
I placed an order through the zomato app on 17/04/2018 at 8 pm. The delivery was late and i recieved it at 10 pm. But it was not what i had ordered. I had ordered 3 items and paid for in advance, but the delivery was 2 completely different items. I tried calling up the restaurant but to no avail. The zomato customer service guy was highly uncooperative and refused to believe me at first. When i said i had proof, he gave completely irrelevant replies and refused to resolve the issue. The delivery was not what i had ordered and paid for. Both zomato and the restaurant overdose cheated me and i want my money refunded. This is unacceptable that they are trying to cheat their customers. Was this information helpful? | |||

We assured the complainant that a feedback will be shared with the logistics team. Further, we informed the complainant that a full refund has been initiated for the order. | |||
